APPEEC 2009 call for papers

Asia-Pacific Power and Energy Engineering Conference ( APPEEC ) is sponsored by IEEE Power & Energy Society (PES) and Wuhan University. All papers accepted will be included in IEEE Xplore and indexed by EI. This conference will be held in Wuhan, which is one of the largest cities in China on the banks of the Yangtze River.
